The practice of gratitude, for example, asking yourself the question, "What moments of joy have I recently experienced?" is a powerful practice. It reminds you to focus on the positive moments. Since what we focus on expands, it's great to concentrate on joy. After all, don't we all want more joy in our lives? When I think of joy, I think it's one step past just being happy... a more exuberant feeling. Thanks to Life by Lee for the Five Joys post idea.
